II. Product performance

Degaojie DPS280/74DS underwater hull cavitation jet cleaning machine pump station adopts 316L stainless steel seawater resistant plunger pump system of European International Pump Group, which consists of industrial ceramic plunger, polymer sealing component, pressure regulating valve, safety valve, cavitation jet gun, diesel engine, electronic or pneumatic clutch, filter differential pressure alarm system, etc.

III. Working principle
 
Cavitation jet underwater cleaning technology is a new type of underwater facility cleaning technology which introduces cavitation into water jet cleaning technology. By controlling the parameters such as pressure and velocity, a large number of cavitation bubbles are produced when the water stream passes through the cavitation nozzle. It is estimated that when the free cavitation bubble collapses, the flow velocity of the microjet near the wall can reach 70 to 180 m/s, the impact force generated on the surface of the object can reach 140 to 170 Mpa, the diameter of the microjet is about 2 to 3 m, and the number of microjet impacts on the surface is about 100 to 1000 times/(s cm ²).
