　　■ Scope of application

　　Automatic cleaning and drying of inner wall of bell jar (furnace barrel) of SIEMENS polysilicon reduction furnace.

　　■ Principle of operation

　　With high-pressure water jet as power and hydraulic self-driven three-dimensional tank washer as nozzle, 360 mesh spray surface is formed to complete the hydraulic sweep of the inner surface of the bell jar. Special cleaning agent is used as the main cleaning solution, pure water (deionized water or desalinated water) is used for rinsing, and high purity water is used for rinsing.

　　With purified air after three levels of purification (100,000 levels), step heating, * finally ensure that the dried bell jar no longer dew, can directly enter the production operation.

　　2)Steam: pressure 0.175-0.9Mpa (G), to the specified interface point.

　　3)Compressed air: flow rate not less than 3NM3/h, pressure 0.6-0.75Mpa (G)(pneumatic valve, cylinder air), specified interface point.

　　4)Demineralized water: can provide conditions, not less than 100L/min, to the designated interface point.

　　5)Pure water: not less than 100L/min, to the designated point.

　　6)Cleaning agent: NaOH cleaning solution, etc., not less than 2 cubic meters.

　　7)Floor area: 36-80 square meters (about 6-7 meters wide, 6-12 meters long)

　　8)Treatment of three wastes: waste water and waste residue containing acid or alkali after washing shall be discharged to the designated place of the buyer, which shall be treated by the buyer itself and equipped with sewage (tank and groove) ditch; waste gas generated by cleaning and drying shall be discharged outdoors.
