I. System overview

ISO TANK is a stainless steel container mounted in a tight external frame. It is mainly used as an international transportation and storage of liquid chemical materials, liquefied gases and powder materials. Compared with traditional loading and transportation carriers, it is widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry and other industries due to its advantages of safety, environmental protection, economy and high efficiency. It has a good application prospect in the intermodal mode of various transportation modes (waterway, highway and railway).
 
 Tank container transportation storage medium is complex, and not a one-time use product, so when replacing the load, in order to avoid causing pollution of the goods need to be cleaned; in addition, in the long-term use process, the goods will inevitably corrode the inner wall of the tank, serious dripping, leakage phenomenon, reduce its service life, and corrosion phenomenon to a certain extent will affect the normal detection of the tank container inside. In order to avoid the negative effects of the above situation, the cleaning of tank containers is necessary.

At present, the tank container is mainly cleaned manually, and the manual cleaning nozzle is used to clean the inner wall of the container. The cleaning speed is slow, the cleaning quality cannot be guaranteed, and the poor working environment will not only produce a certain degree of safety hazards, but also cause environmental pollution. Degaojie independently developed a tank container high-pressure water automatic cleaning system, using mechanical cleaning structure instead of manual filling cleaning, using imported high-pressure plunger pump to pressurize atmospheric water to the pressure required for cleaning, equipped with tank mechanical movement mechanism +360 three-dimensional cleaning head, to achieve the 360 grid spray surface of the tank wall, without dead angle sweep, so as to achieve the residual materials and debris on the tank wall washing and cleaning; The system is equipped with waste recovery, waste water collection pretreatment device, can discharge waste water to sewage treatment plant, waste recovery device to collect and degrade waste gas generated during cleaning, is a safe, environmentally friendly, efficient, automatic tank cleaning green solution.

II. System Composition

Degao clean international standard tank/tank container (ISO TANK) automatic cleaning system is mainly composed of: cleaning system, drying system, waste gas (wastewater) treatment system, electrical control system, etc.

1. Cleaning system

The cleaning system consists of high-pressure water module, cleaning actuator, cleaning platform, etc.

2. Drying system

Drying system consists of air filter, steam heat exchanger, fan and pipeline.

3. Exhaust gas treatment system

Waste gas treatment system consists of demister, low temperature plasma, fan, etc.

4, electrical control system

Electrical control system consists of general control cabinet, local control cabinet, touch screen, PLC, etc.

III. Workflow

The tank is placed on a cleaning table by a forklift, positioned according to an international standard container jack, and then cleaned; the cleaning mechanism in the tank is hoisted and installed on an upper rail, and the lifting mechanism moves back and forth; when the lifting mechanism reaches the vicinity of a manhole, the lifting function of the three-dimensional cleaning mechanism is realized through observation by personnel, and the lifting function of the three-dimensional cleaning mechanism is realized by operating a button; the lifting function of the three-dimensional cleaning mechanism is realized by placing the lifting mechanism on the manhole; and the cleaning operation is realized through a one-button operation control cabinet. The cleaning workflow is as follows: ventilation steam cooking mechanical cleaning hot air drying manual inspection acceptance (with waste gas recovery, waste water collection pretreatment, etc.), the whole system is simple to operate, high degree of automation, cleaned waste water is discharged to the waste water pipe network through the lower discharge port, cleaning a tank container with a length of 6 meters and a diameter of 2.9 meters only takes 10~20 minutes.
 
 IV. System characteristics

2. Hydraulic drive is adopted, which is explosion-proof and can obtain large driving force under the condition of small structure size, and the driving force keeps stable output.
3.
